The mom-of-three flaunted her toned body in a printed swimsuit as she carelessly smiled towards the camera.

Looking over her shoulder, Meghan leaned back as her pal overlooked the crystal blue waters.

Alongside the shot, she wrote: "BRB, just living our best lives on our boat in paradise. On a *much* needed girls trip with @jdosi & today’s boat excursion was SO much fun!!"

Meghan has documented her travel adventures at the stunning Punta Cana resort online.

She showed off her incredible hotel room, which boasted a huge Jacuzzi and four-poster bed, on Instagram Stories.

Boasting on her time at the resort, she wrote: "Enjoying an incredible breakfast with my bestie.

"We're so excited to get this vacation started- this was SO needed."

Meghan and her estranged husband, Jim, recently  after five years of marriage.

However, it hasn't exactly been smooth sailing for the pair.

She said on her blog: “I’m a stress non-eater. I’m working on it.

"But right now, I am too skinny. I don’t like it. I won’t weigh myself because I’m scared to see what the scale says.

“When my clothes don’t fit I pretend like they do anyway. But I’m not hungry. I know I should eat but I’m surviving on adrenaline.”
