SATURDAY Night Takeaway fans spotted a blunder this evening as flustered Declan Donnelly accidentally signed off saying 'I'm A Celebrity'.

The 44-year-old returned alongside co-host Ant McPartlin for the first show of the new series after a two-year absence from our screens.

After an action packed show, the Pussycat Dolls performed the 'end of the show show' with a medley of their hits, while Ant and Dec did their best to cover up their raunchy outfits, stripping down to their vest and boxers in the process. 

Once the performance was over, the girlband surrounded the Geordie duo, and possibly a little bit flustered by their skimpy attire as well as his own, Dec signed off saying: "We'll be back next Saturday with I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!"

His blunder didn't go unnoticed, with viewers quickly taking to Twitter to comment.

One wrote: "Brilliant first show, so glad to have it back and perfectly finished with a slightly flustered Dec @antanddec surrounded by Pussycat Dolls thinking he was still in Australia...."

Another tweeted: "Am I the only one who noticed that Dec said “See you next Saturday for I’m A Celebrity” ???"

A third added: "@antanddec Guys you made my Saturday night! So many laughs! Great to have you back on our screens #saturdaynighttakeaway
Ps did Dec make a mistake saying “we’ll be back next Saturday with I’m a Celebrity”.

Meanwhile a fourth shared: "DID DEC REALLY SAY "SEE YOU NEXT WEEK ON I'M A CELEB" I'M CRYING."

Ant and Dec film the ITV reality show every November in Australia, and also have a segment on Saturday Night Takeaway called I'm a Celebrity, Get Out of My Ear.

A couple of hours after the show, Dec took to Twitter to comment on the blunder, writing: "Thanks for all the lovely messages, we’re so happy you enjoyed #SaturdayNightTakeaway tonight, we had enormous fun (even tho I thought it was #ImACeleb at the end!Face with tears of joy).
"It’s great to be back! D x."

The Pussycat Dolls were on the ITV show to sing a medley of their hits during the 'end of the show show' but the boys were 'concerned' about their raunchy routines.

As the five-piece took to the stage in revealing black ensembles, Ant and Dec watched from the audience, but as soon as they started gyrating, they headed down and tried to 'censor' their performance in a number of funny ways.

As the girls moved across the studio, Ant and Dec removed their suit jackets and tried to place them on Nicole Scherzinger and Kimberly Wyatt.

When that failed, the cheeky hosts started taking off their shirts as the audience cheered, before Dec got down on the floor so Ant could pull his trousers off over his shoes.

Both presenters wore white vests and striped boxer shorts, with sock garters around their calves.
