Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin eye $20 MILLION Los Angeles compound
JUSTIN Bieber and wife Hailey are looking to buy a Los Angeles MEGA mansion that will be the newlyweds’ first home purchased as a couple.
The A-list pair currently live together in the 25-year-old 6,100 square foot .
, 23, and her hubby have been eyeing a huge 7,500 square-foot estate that’s still under construction, reported.
Their potential home is in the upscale Brentwood neighborhood, and the hefty price tag of the modern Mediterranean abode could top $20 million.
Upon completion, the colossal house is set to be equipped with a pool, motor court, sports court, guest quarters and a massive side yard with grass.
Justin and his supermodel wife were pictured leaving the building site that’s on 1.5 acres of land inside the gated community.
The outlet also claims the singer’s longtime manager Scooter Braun, 38, accompanied the married couple recently during a visit to the estate to offer his guidance.
Hailey and the Love Yourself crooner have looked around Los Angeles for potential homes since they tied-the-knot in November 2018.
Justin has been candid about their real estate troubles and even threatened to sell the Beverly Hills mansion he currently lives at with the blonde beauty last year.
It seems the Canada-born star kept the 6,100 square foot house that’s worth over $8.5 million after the pair’s continual posting from inside.
The living space has five large bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
It also boasts a library with original paneling and a center-island kitchen.
The famous duo can throw a party with a wet bar, wine cellar and a home movie theater on the lower level.
The entertainment space features banana-leaf print wallpaper which was inspired by the nearby prominent Beverly Hills Hotel.
Outside the space is equipped with cabanas and fire pits above a new zero-edge swimming pool.
Hailey moved into the 1930's Monterey Colonial, which was recently redesigned by Hollywood production designer Charles Infante, after they got married.
