ANT and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway is returning to TV after two years off air in February, the pair revealed today.
The first look at the hotly anticipated new run has been released – and it teases more fun and laughter as they promise the “best ever” series.
The trailer kicks off with Ant and Dec sitting in a boardroom discussing what they will do on the show.
They then proceed to sing about everything it will feature – including all the old favourites as they show clips from the previous series.
These will include Win The Ads, Best Seats In The House and Ant vs Dec.
The popular programme was taken off air for one week in March of 2018 when Ant was involved in a car accident - forcing Dec to present the rest of the series on his own.
It was then axed for 2019 while Ant focused on his sobriety, stepping away from several of his TV commitments.
Ant took 10 months off work after he was fined £86,000 and given a 20 month driving ban following the drink-drive crash in Richmond.
While Saturday Night Takeaway was axed, Dec presented the Britain's Got Talent live shows solo, and Holly Willoughby stood in for Ant for last year's series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!.
Ant returned to our screens earlier last year for the 2019 series of Britain's Got Talent, and was given a standing ovation when he stepped onto the stage.
He also filmed Britain's Got Talent: The Champions, and returned to the Aussie jungle for I'm A Celeb in November.
According to the , the pair signed a £40million deal stay on ITV for the next three years and bring the show back.
Speaking about it's return last year, Ant, 44, said: “You know we love working with ITV, they have been great supporters of us, so it will happen.
"We can’t wait for Takeaway to come back, we have really missed making it. We are already doing stuff for it at the moment so with that and Britain’s Got Talent we are very busy.”
On Tuesday evening Ant and Dec won the best presenter for the 19th time at the National Television Awards.
Ant took the opportunity to thanks fans for supporting him during his difficult time.
