DANCING On Ice bosses are desperate for Caprice and former pro-partner Hamish Gaman to put their feud behind them.

Viewers were left shocked earlier this month when it was announced the pair had ‘parted ways’ after just one live show skating together.

Caprice, 48, is now partnered with a new pro – Oscar Peters – but her celeb pals on the show hope she can put her feud with Hamish behind her once and for all.

Speaking at the National Television Awards, one told The Sun Online: “We want to get everyone together and have a drink.”

The stars have rallied around Caprice after a tumultuous few weeks, with the celeb adding: “People are speaking s**t about her and she’s taking it hard.

“She is a good person, she’s a grafter. She doesn’t deserve this. She’s not doing too well.”

Their comments come after it was revealed Caprice called Hamish, 36, a “slave-driver” weeks before dumping him.

The real reason behind their shock split has not yet been revealed by Caprice, Hamish or ITV.

But in the second episode of Dancing on Ice, Caprice almost broke down in tears of happiness when she was matched up with Hamish.

She told the camera: “I definitely wanted Hamish. There was only one person and it was Hamish and I got him.

After getting straight to work on the ice, Hamish made a joke about their future on the show as he bossed Caprice around.

He told a reluctant Caprice to keep her arms up in the air to build strength on the ice.

She shouted: “You’re like a slave-driver!” before Hamish joked: “Now you’re like, I really don’t want Hamish now.”

Caprice added: “He is such a perfectionist.”

Dancing on Ice continues on Sunday, February 2 at 6pm on ITV.
