Taylor Swift admits she starved herself down to a SIZE ZERO during secret battle with anorexia
TAYLOR SWIFT has revealed starving herself to the point of collapse during a crippling battle with an eating disorder.
The Grammy award- winner, who also shrunk down to a UK size zero, made the admission in new Netflix film Miss Americana.
Taylor has hinted at suffering with insecurities about her figure.
But in the 86-minute film, she gives a no-holds-barred account.
She said: “It’s not good for me to see pictures of myself every day . . . It’s only happened a few times, and I’m not in any way proud of it.
“I feel like I looked like my tummy was too big, or . . . someone said that I looked pregnant . . . and that’ll just trigger me to just starve a little bit — just stop eating.”
Pictures of Taylor from her 1989 album era, between 2014 and 2015, are then shown, revealing just how thin she became.
When she performed while she was ill, Taylor said: “I thought I was supposed to feel like I was going to pass out.”
While those around her tried to help, she insisted she was taking care of herself.
Taylor revealed her response would be: “What are you talking about?
“Of course I eat. I exercise a lot.”
She added: “I did exercise — a lot. But I wasn’t eating.”
Taylor said she has now accepted she is a UK size 10 but admitted her relationship with food was still centred around a cycle of “praise and punishment”.
She said of her decision to speak out about suffering from anorexia in Miss Americana: “I’m pretty uncomfortable talking about it.
“But in the context of every other thing that I was doing or not doing in my life, I think it makes sense.”
She’s incredibly brave for being so honest.

Kemp family album
MAKING music is already a family affair for Martin and Shirlie Kemp.
But for their next project they are planning to get son ROMAN on board.
The Spandau Ballet bassist and former Wham! backing singer are currently touring to promote their album In The Swing Of It, which features two tracks written by their daughter Harleymoon.
Now the couple, who have been married for more than 30 years, want I’m A Celebrity’s Roman on board to make it a full house for the Kemps.
In an exclusive interview, Martin said: “If we get to do another album we’ll do one track with all four of us on.”
Martin and Shirlie are performing at London’s Royal Festival Hall tonight before heading to Birmingham on February 16 and Manchester on February 23.
Rather than worrying about chart success like they did back in the Eighties, Martin said the pair are more concerned with enjoying their new music this time around.
He added: “It’s a much more fun take on it because when you’re younger and in a band, the stress of what number you are in the charts is awful. It’s live or die.”

BILLIE EILISH said she contemplated taking her own life in 2018.
The singer told US TV’s Gayle King: ‘’I was so unhappy last year and I was so, like, joyless. I genuinely didn’t think I would make it to 17.”
David does the honours for Si
SIMON COWELL has been a glaring omission in the New Year’s Honours List for ages – but David Walliams has just tried to change all that.
The Little Britain comedian surprised his Britain’s Got Talent boss during auditions for the show on Thursday night, by trying to “knight” him in front of the audience.
For the stunt, David dressed as the Queen and was lowered on to the stage at the London Palladium.
Using his poshest voice, he then shouted: “We have come here this evening to honour a very special young man . . . Mr Simon Cowell will you join me on the stage.”
It went slightly awry however, when Simon then refused to kneel in front of David.
But the comic was quick to call him out as he joked: “Well, you kneeled last night.”
Simon eventually did assume the position thanks to the encouragement of the crowd.
And he accepted David pronouncing him as “Ant and Dec”, before hurrying back to his seat on the judging panel.
It wasn’t just Simon at the mercy of David.
He later picked on Britain’s Got Talent host Declan Donnelly and gave him a saucy lap dance.
Taking off his jacket, David then started to grind himself on the Geordie as his co-presenter Ant McPartlin hurriedly moved away to a safe hiding place.
I’m not surprised that Ant shifted himself sharpish.
I love David but I don’t think I would want a close-up of his version of Magic Mike.

Gwen’s the booty queen
GWEN STEFANI made a Sweet Escape from a music bash in these thigh-high Latex boots.
The former No Doubt singer beamed as she left the Warner Music pre-Grammy party in Los Angeles.
She teamed her shiny footwear with a revealing tattoo-style mini-dress. Gwen was joined at the event by her boyfriend, country star Blake Shelton.
Earlier this week the pair, who have been dating since 2015, dropped the music video for their new track Nobody But You.
They do say couples who sing together, stay together . . . don’t they?
Pour the other one Dan
JUST when you thought she couldn’t get any dimmer, Dani Dyer reveals she has stopped drinking tap water because the Government could use it to infect us all.
She told Good Morning Britain: “I learned all about cholera and I just thought if that disease can kill that many people, how has it changed?
“I know I sound really stupid but yeah, I just can’t drink tap water.”
Kate Garraway then asked: “So if you think the Government was going to kill us, you think that’s the way they would do it?”
Dani agreed and added: “When I go to someone’s house, I will drink it but I’m looking at every mouthful.”
And she wonders why her career has nose-dived.
