TEEN Mom 2 star Leah Messer’s sister Victoria has given birth to a boy while her Costa Rican baby daddy skyped in.
’s younger sister announced the birth of their son Cai River Rodriguez Messer on Monday.

The baby boy weighed in at 6 pounds and 7.5 ounces.
Victoria captioned a series of sweet photos: “So thankful to everyone who helped and also to those that have sent lots of love and support.”
“He is SO perfect & I still CAN’T believe I finally have my boy!”
Proud aunt Leah, 27, who is , 10, with ex-husband Corey Simms and Adalynn, 6, with ex-husband Jeremy Calvert, also posted photos from the delivery room.

Leah and mom Dawn supported Victoria during labor, as baby daddy Royer was out of the country.
Victoria posted photos of her baby daddy meeting their son over video chat.

Royer was Victoria and Leah’s guide on a rafting tour while on vacation in Costa Rica over the summer.
Victoria was in the process of divorcing husband Domenick Crapello when she hooked up with Royer.
Despite receiving backlash over the hookup, Victoria insisted the two are in love.
She captioned an Instagram photo: “The dad is not just a random guy. Costa Rica and meeting @royer.cr changed my whole life in ways many may or may not understand, but that is okay because you don't have to.

“I’m thankful for the things that happened, I learned the importance of diversity, the true meaning of love, and of course we have a blessing on the way. That all being said, you can either continue to judge me, or you can support me, either way, I'm okay.”
On the Teen Mom 2 reunion, Royer appeared over video chat.
Victoria explained: “To him at first I was just gonna hookup and go on. But then he caught feelings.”
Leah responded to fan claims that he used Victoria for a green card: “So many people were like he just wants to come into the states and that’s why he got you pregnant.
"He was like, 'Listen I really don’t want to come there.'”
