Who left Dancing on Ice last night? Lucrezia Millarini becomes second celebrity to leave – as Caprice misses live show
LUCREZIA Millarini has become the second person to leave Dancing on Ice – as Caprice misses the live show following her shock split from her pro partner.
The newsreader found herself in the skate off with her pro partner Brendyn Hatfield against Kevin Kilbane and his skating partner Brianne Delcourt after failing to impress the viewers at home.
The judges vote was split with head judge Christopher Dean casting the deciding vote to save Kevin, sending Lucrezia home.
It was the second time the couple had been in the skate off, after the judges saved them last week over Trisha Goddard.
Last night, Lucrezia found herself second from the bottom of the leaderboard with 21 points, just ahead of Joe Swash.
However the presenter was saved, and Kevin, 42, found himself in the skate off after finishing just above Lucrezia with 22 points.
Their departure comes after host Holly Willoughby shocked viewers by announcing Caprice had “parted ways” with her skating partner Hamish Gaman.
Holly revealed the surprising news at the start of the show following a group dance which the model was not part of.
Holly said: “Unfortunately Caprice and Hamish have parted ways and will not be skating this week.
“As you saw in our opening number, Hamish remains very much part of our professional team and we hope to have Caprice back on the ice next week.”
Last week, Caprice and Hamish finished second on the leaderboard with 25.5 points after dancing a routine to Lewis Capaldi’s Some You Loved.
However, something major appears to have happened within the last week which has lead to their decision not to skate together any more.
