Victoria Beckham styles daughter Harper’s hair like Baby Spice in cute Instagram post
VICTORIA Beckham has styled her eight-year-old daughter Harper to look like Baby Spice in the Spice Girls' 90s heyday.
The star posted a picture of the youngster getting ready for school this morning, revealing she had paid a cheeky tribute to her pal Emma Bunton by copying her iconic 90s hairstyle.
She captioned the post: "Baby Spice" in twirly white text.
Victoria and Emma have remained close friends over the years.
In December, the pair enjoyed a Christmas break together with their other halves – David and Damage singer Jade Jones.
The fashion designer shared a sweet snap of the foursome on Instagram.
She wrote: "The most perfect few days with @emmaleebunton and @jadejonesdmg and their beautiful babies x We love u all so much xxxx So much fun and so many kisses x VB x"
But in spite of their close bond, Posh didn’t join Emma and the rest of the gang – Mel B, Mel C and Geri Horner – for their 2019 reunion.
Whilst on the Jonathan Ross show Emma explained Posh had “moved on” and was “busy with her fashion”.
She said: “We support each other and we support her and she has been a huge part of our lives and we care about her so it’s all good.”
But in August, The Sun reported that the mum-of-four was tired of Mel B’s constant promises that the band would be reforming as a five-piece.
Posh was particularly tired of being portrayed as the villain, with a source saying: "Victoria was always up for a catch-up and the prospect of a celebration of the band’s work.
“But going out on the road for concerts was never something she agreed to.
"Now she’s hit back at Mel and the pair on the verge of a major bust-up over the issue.
“Every time Mel makes promises to the fans it leaves Victoria looking like a killjoy who is stopping it from happening and that just isn’t fair.
“Live shows were very much something Mel and Geri wanted to push for, but Mel keeps saying it in public.”
A source added: “Victoria’s been fuming over suggestions that she is holding up a reunion tour or comeback shows.
“And she is pointing the finger at Mel for building up fans’ hopes falsely.
“She is communicating with Mel through email, and not phone. And she just tries to get Geri and the other girls (Emma Bunton and Mel C) to make Mel calm down in her public announcements.
"Their relationship is in a bad place. Victoria and her team see Mel as a loose cannon, who just says anything about the Spices, true or not, to get attention.
“The problem is that anything that is talked about in private could go public by Mel — and that can be problematic.”
