I’m A Celeb’s James Haskell shocks fans with huge bulge as he shows off results of MMA training

JAMES Haskell laid bare the results of his I'm A Celeb jungle diet and intense MMA training in a jaw-dropping topless snap.

The rugby ace stripped to his gym shorts to show off his ripped figure and rock hard abs to best effect.

His muscle tone and definition was clear as he stood in the orange hue of his bathroom, with just a red pair of pattered shorts to protect his modesty.

James stared straight ahead as he held his camera phone to his face with his bulging bicep muscles clear to see.

He accompanied his Instagram selfie with the caption: "Jungle diet + MMA training = Rig City.@ 😂😂🤮🤮🤮"

James' followers and mates were quick to heap praise on his strong look, with one writing: "Dang son looking good..."

Another put: "Looking fantastic mate all the best for 2020."

A third then branded the sports star an "absolute unit."

MMA, or Mixed Martial Arts, is a full combat sport that involves grappling and striking, and may well have been the key to his new look.

James was quick to strip off his jungle kit after being evicted from the ITV series to flash his enviable body, alongside Dan Osborne.

James captioned this particular pic "Meathead t**ts" and added cartoons of muscled figures.

Meanwhile, out of the gym, James and wife Chloe Madeley recently revealed their baby plans.

The couple were separated for nearly three weeks while James, 34, competed on the ITV reality show.

Speaking to Hello! Magazine, Chloe, 32, revealed how seeing all of his co-stars' families after the show made her realise she wanted to become a mother.
