They arrived at the Beverly Hilton Hotel all smiles, after being spotted on a shopping trip in Los Angeles last week.

Former OC actress Rachel, 38, looked stunning in a sophisticated black dress with a delicate lace bodice and puffed sleeves.

The stylish garment featured a peplum frill and was trimmed with a stitched gold fabric across the stomach and the bottom of the long hemline.

She kept her brunette locks in a simple waved style and accessorised with gold earrings - yet it was her beaming grin while posing next to Bill which was most evident.

The SNL star couldn't keep his hands off his beautiful girlfriend as he wrapped his arm around her back.

He too flashed an equally impressive smile as they posed, wearing a dapper tux and black bow tie.

Bill, 41, was then content to let Rachel take the limelight for a few solo snaps.

Their high-profile relationship was confirmed by their outing, on a night which saw Ricky Gervais stun the celebrity crowd with his blue jokes.

It comes after the pair were recently seen at Ralph’s in Los Angeles picking up some kitchen staples, including various flavors of La Croix.

The two first sparked romance rumours around Christmas time, when they had a coffee date in his hometown of Tulsa, Oklahoma and were joined by some of Bill’s family members.

This new relationship comes seven years after they worked together on the 2013 comedy The To Do List, which was written and directed by Bill’s ex-wife, Maggie Carey.

The Barry actor officially divorced the writer in 2018, after 12 years of marriage and having three children together.

She ended her on-and-off, 10-year romance with Hayden Christensen, 38, with whom she has a 5-year-old daughter, Briar Rose, in 2017.

Talking of life as a single mum, she has previously said of introducing her partner to her child: "It would have to be a very serious relationship.

"If you’re going to pursue something with someone, they have to be interested in the kid or be willing to be around the kid or babysit the kid — no I’m just kidding.”
