Bankrupt Katie Price jetting to Thailand for New Year without Kris and is taking a MONTH off work ‘to relax’

KATIE Price is jetting to Thailand for the New Year without Kris Boyson and plans to take a whole month off work “to relax”.

The 41-year-old has had a difficult few months after she was declared bankrupt and was forced to sign her mucky mansion over to a trustee – but despite her money issues, she plans to treat herself to a holiday.

A source told The Sun Online: “Katie’s told friends she’s over the winter and needs some sun. She’s planning to head to Thailand with friends and Harvey – what has she got to stay here for?

“She wants to head off at New Year and she’s said she’s giving herself two weeks off work at the start of the year to ‘relax’. No-one knows how she’ll afford all this but she doesn’t care. She says she’s had a hard year and needs to let her hair down.”

They continued: “She’s leaving Kris back at home and says she doesn’t need a bloke tagging around behind her. Harvey’s the most important man in her life and she can’t wait to spend time with him.”

Harvey, 17, is Katie’s eldest son by former Man U player Dwight Yorke.

She is also mum to Junior, 14, and Princess, 12, by singer and ex-husband Peter Andre; and Jett, 6, and Bunny, 5, by construction worker and ex-husband Kieran Hayler.

Katie’s romance with her latest man Kris has been on and off all year, with him recently dumping her after she admitted cheating on him twice.

However, the pair have remained close and he has been supporting her throughout her latest money issues – even letting her stay at his house with her children.

Katie’s current work load is promoting various products on Instagram, including her own children’s range.
