If convicted will Caroline Flack go to prison?

It is too early to say as Caroline has only just been charged and she hasn't appeared in court yet.

We do know that if found guilty of assault by beating in the UK you could face a prison term of up to six months.

However, a person charged with a first offence is likely to receive a fine rather than a custodial sentence.
