STRICTLY Come Dancing star Nadiya Bychkova's footballer fiance posted a gushing tribute to her just weeks before she was caught cuddling David James.
Rumours the Strictly curse has struck again circulated yesterday after the professional dancer, 30, was seen nestled in the arms of the former goalkeeper, 49.
David gave was seen giving Nadiya an intimate kiss on the head while cuddling her in a clip posted to dancer Aljaz Skorjanec's Instagram Story during rehearsals ahead of the final tomorrow.
But just weeks before, her fiance - Slovenian footballer Matija Skarabot, 31 - posted a gushing online tribute to his partner.
Sharing a photo of her at the Pride of Britain Awards, the usually private sports star posted on Instagram: "Normally I keep my private things for my self but having in my life such a wonderful and lovely person is a gift...Not only that you are an incredible mum and life partner.
"What inspires me the most is how you are beautiful in and out. In your life you had to go through many difficult obstacles and look what you have achieved and you are still achieving.
"Together we are raising our beautiful daughter who I hope will follow your steps.
"Thank you for showing me what love means and because of that I will be grateful to you all my life. Love you."
The pair share a one-year-old daughter together.
David split from his long term partner earlier this year.

In the past, Nadiya has been linked with fellow pro Brendan Cole, 43, and singer Lee Ryan, 36, in the previous series of the BBC show.
Fans are speculating whether this is the Strictly curse striking again.
One fan tweeted: "Well, well." Another replied: "This will take some explaining. There's striking up a rapport with your dance professional, then there's this."
A third said: "They were acting like honeymooners and star-crossed lovers. I hope they don't get in trouble for this."
In August, pro dancers Neil and Katya Jones split.
The couple’s relationship failed to recover from her snog with celeb partner Seann Walsh, 34. And last year’s Strictly winner Stacey Dooley, 32, left her long-term boyfriend for dance partner Kevin Clifton, 37.
