Strictly fans beg AJ Pritchard to make next dance easier as Saffron ‘struggled to keep up’ before landing in bottom two

STRICTLY viewers have begged AJ Pritchard to make this weekend's dance easier for Saffron Barker this Saturday so she doesn't end up in the dance-off again.

Fans of the YouTuber, 19, were dismayed that she was in the bottom two at Blackpool on Saturday.

And in a bid to stop history repeating itself this weekend, they have taken to twitter to make their feelings clear.

One fan wrote:  "I really hope that if Saffron gets a Samba this week AJ doesn’t go crazy with the choreography and makes sure Saffron can keep up... I really want to see her go through!"

And it's clear many feel AJ has made the routines too complicated for the novice.

One twitter user said after Saturday's show: "Loads of content but always feel like Saffron struggles to keep up in the faster dances and it looks a little bit frantic."

And another added: "Unpopular opinion lol, saffron is blatantly an amazing dancer but I feel like she sometimes struggles to keep up with aj because he forgets that she’s a non dancer."

They continued: "He danced too fast for her to keep up with in some parts last night and same w the salsa they did too."

Saffron performed a Quickstep at the weekend, while Michelle's dance was a couple's choice and she chose to perform a Vogue routine inspired by her idol Madonna.

Michelle and her partner Giovanni Pernice were ultimately sent packing but Saffron looked extremely emotional throughout.

The influencer was close to tears following the dance off as she awaited the results.

Then when she realised she was safe, she appeared shaken as she hugged AJ before going to hug Michelle.

Six couples remain in the competition.
