Inside Leona Lewis’s incredible LA home with huge pool and horse stables as she sells it for £1.76 million
LEONA Lewis has sold her incredible LA home for £1.76 million.
The X Factor winner, 34, bought the equestrian estate in Glendale for £900k back in 2013 but has now decided to move on with husband Dennis Jauch.
The stunning home provided the perfect bolthole for the couple as it is completely private, hidden behind a large hedge and remote-controlled driveway gates.
Dubbed River Ranch, the property backs on to a concrete canal that feeds into the Los Angeles River.
The home itself is a 1950s ranch house with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a swimming pool and spa area.
The main bedroom looks over the pool area thanks to large sliding doors, while the walls are mirrored making it feel even more spacious.
Leona has added her design touch throughout the property, which features a country-chic feel.
There is also a guesthouse and a horse-keeper’s apartment, goat pen, four-stall barn with individual turnouts, a tack shed and a fenced paddock, which was perfect for Leona’s love of horse riding.
Leona tied the knot with Dennis in a vegan Buddhist wedding at Sting’s Italian estate earlier this year.
They said I Do in front of 180 family members and pals including Sugababes singer Keisha Buchanan and The Voice winner Jermain Jackman, who sang at the ceremony.
She told Hello mag: “It was just the most beautiful day, full of love. It was so special to be able to bring together everyone we love. There were a lot of tears.
“The room already had so much good energy and having all the love in there was really powerful.”
The wedding, which included a vegan menu and wedding cake, was moved inside at the last minute due to a storm which German-born Dennis claimed was a sign from late father Lutz, who died three weeks before.
He said: “There couldn’t have been more of a sign. Dad made sure we all knew he was there.”
