Coleen Rooney shows off son Kai’s mound of birthday presents and iPhone cake as her eldest turns 10

COLEEN Rooney showed off her son Kai's mountain of presents as the eldest of the Rooney kids turns 10.

The star shared the photo of her son surrounded by presents and balloons to her 846,000 followers on Instagram.

Kai was given an iPhone cake and the theme continued with Apple balloons in the background.

Behind him was a big number 10 balloon, while the other balloons read "Happy birthday Kai".

Though Wayne might be a bit upset his eldest son is not following in his footsteps as one of the presents is a rugby ball.

Coleen, 33, captioned the photo: "Happy birthday Kai. Love you xxx"

Kai, Klay, six, and Kit, three and Cass, 20 months, are finally home after a trip to Barbados with their grandparents and dad Wayne Rooney, 34.

Last week they celebrated Wayne's birthday in America, where Coleen wished him a happy birthday with a cute family snap.

She wrote: "Happy birthday @WayneRooney... have a brilliant day with our boys!! All our love always."

Coleen was unable to go on the trip after she became ill with an infection in the wake of her Rebekah Vardy drama.

She informed fans about it with a photo of youngest son Cass with the caption: "Lovely morning in the fresh air with Cass. We had planned to be with the rest of our family in Barbados for half term break.

"Unfortunately I became poorly with an infection before we were due to leave. I am not able to join them for the time being, even though I am feeling better."
