Who is Russell Kane?
Russell Kane is an English presenter and comedian.
He was born Russell David Anthony Grineau on October 15, 1975 in Enfield and brought up in Essex, where he still resides.
Before turning his hand at comedy, he studied English at Middlesex University where he graduated with a degree in Media Writing.
The stand-up comedian won the Laughing Horse New Act of the Year in 2004 and a year later came second place in comedy competition So You Think You're Funny.
He has been nominated for two Edinburgh Comedy Awards - first in 2009 and then the following year when he won the gong.
Who is Russell Kane's wife, Lindsey Cole?
In 2014, Russell Kane married hair and makeup artist Lindsey Cole.
The couple live in Woodford Green together.
Lindsey caught his eye in the front row of one of his shows, and he incorporated her into one of his routines, eventually asking her out.
The pair dated for 18 months before marrying in a private ceremony in Spain, and they now have a daughter called Mina.
Prior to this, Russell was married to fellow comedian Sadie Hasler who he met at Middlesex University.
The couple divorced nine months after getting hitched in 2010.
What shows has he starred in?
Russell first came to recognition when he presented Big Brother's Big Mouth on E4 in 2007.
Others may know him from hosting I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here Now alongside Laura Whitmore and Joe Swash between 2009-11 .
He has also presented Freak Like Me on BBC3 in 2010 as well as Geordie Shore: The Reunion for MTV in 2012.
Russell took part in travel series Stupid Man, Smart Phone in 2016.
And in January 2018 he also participated in And They're Off! in aid of Sports Relief - where he came in second place.

What happened at Russell Kane's house?
In July 2019 a man in his 40's was shot in the chest at a home owned by Russell.
The victim was rushed to a central hospital after the terrifying attack, which unfolded in Woodford Green just before midnight.
The Land Registry states that Kane owns the £780,000 home, with the current tenants believed to rent it out.
A spokesperson for Kane said at the time: "Russell's thoughts are with the victim and his family at this terrible time. No further comments will be made whilst the incident is being investigated by the police."
