DANCING on Ice's Maura Higgins proved she's going to be one to watch when she showed off her skating skills on social media.
The ITV series doesn't kick off until January but the Love Island star showed she's already mastered some seriously impressive lifts.
Maura, 28, shared a video of her training on her instagram stories, and pulled off a daring move with ease.
The video showed Maura being picked up by one of her coaches and spun round while she held a pose in the air.
The reality star, who was wearing black leggings and a matching long-sleeved top, then landed gracefully on one leg and came to an elegant finish.
And judging from the smile on Maura's face afterwards, she's- quite rightly - happy with her progress.
With two months still to go before the series launches, the clip bodes well for how she will fare in the competition.
Her boyfriend Curtis Pritchard has recently raved about how "incredible" she is doing in her rehearsals.
He has shared several videos of her practising in the rink lately.
And as the pair hugged following her session, Curtis told the camera: "She's doing fantastic, doing incredible. You really are."
Maura's skills are all the more impressive because she only started rehearsing for the competition last week.
Maura is joining the likes of former chat show host Trisha Goddard and telly veteran Michael Barrymore.
The Irish beauty has only skated twice in her life and has admitted she is likely to "throw a strop" if she finds the training too difficult.
The brunette said she required someone firm to keep her in place.
She said: "I need someone strict to keep me in line. Otherwise I’ll just throw a strop and lay on the floor."
As well as her career going strong post Love Island, Maura's personal life is going swimmingly too.

She and Curtis announced in last week's OK! magazine that they have made their relationship official.
The former grid girl, 28, revealed: "He asked [me to be his girlfriend] and I said yes obviously.
"He took me away for a weekend break and he asked me out over dinner in London the next day."
