Bridesmaid Serena Williams and husband Alexis Ohanian take flower girl daughter Olympia, 2, to his sister’s wedding
SERENA Williams has taken a day off from the tennis court to celebrate with husband Alexis Ohanian and daughter Olympia at a recent wedding.
The sports star, 38, looked wedding ready as she slipped into a bridesmaids dress for Alexis’ sister’s big day.
Taking to Instagram, Serena shared a string of intimate photos including an adorable post of Olympia, two, as flower girl.
She wrote: “She took her flower girl job very seriously!!! @hexner14 @js_poodles congrats. So happy for you both.”
Serena wore a pink halter top bridesmaids gown with a stylish updo, while Olympia looked cute in a white poofy tulle skirt and one shoulder bodice.
In one photo, the family, including husband Alexis, 36, look happy as they played with the toddler.
Alexis was suited up in a blue tuxedo, white shirt, pink tie and brown dress shoes.
Fans couldn’t help but gush over the adorable snaps.
A follower wrote: “Wow what a beautiful family pic”.
A second said: “So damn precious”.
A third commented: “These pics are so adorable! You have a beautiful family!”
Serena made her tennis comeback in February 2018, five months after giving birth to Olympia.
Despite initially suffering pregnancy-induced problems, she has already returned to the top 10 of the WTA ranking – and is currently 11th.
However, Serena won’t let her busy sporting schedule get in the way of family time.
She previously her and Olympia are “not spending a day apart until she’s eighteen”.
