Ben Foden reveals his new wife is ‘very different’ to ex Una Healy as he plans a family after whirlwind wedding
X Factor: Celebrity star Ben Foden has opened up about his whirlwind second marriage to Jackie Belanoff Smith.
The 34-year-old rugby player, who wed Jackie after two weeks of dating, revealed how "different" is new wife is to former lover Una Healy.
Ben and Una split last year after the sportsman admitted to cheating on The Saturdays singer.
A year after the divorce, Ben tied the knot with US socialiate Jackie after just weeks of dating.
And now, the hunk, who already has daughter Aoife, seven, and son Tadhg, four, with Una, is already in talks to start his own family with the American socialite.
He told : "It's definitely something I've talked about with Jackie. I think yeah, when the time's right.
"Jackie and I are very new but we're having great fun doing what we're doing so we'll see where the future takes us."
Speaking about his marriage with Una, 38, Ben added: "Una and Jackie are two very different people.
"When I was married to Una I was very much in love with her. She's a super-talented, brilliant woman and when I met Jackie, she came to me at a time when my life was a bit all over the place.
"She was very different, something that I needed and I love everything about her. Obviously a rushed decision, but an easy decision... I'm an old romantic at heart."
Back in August, the former England star shocked fans after announcing his wedding to Jackie on board a luxury yacht in Nantucket, Massachusetts.
Taking to Instagram to share the wedding photos, Ben attempted to explain his whirlwind romance.
"I met a girl who seriously swept me off my feet and in a time of hardship showed me love, a deep devoted love," he wrote.
"People will say we are mad or crazy or even fools, as @snackyjax and I had only been dating seriously for a little over 2 weeks before deciding to get married.
"But when someone like her comes in to your life, why would I wait?"
Since then, Ben has wowed X Factor: Celebrity viewers alongside fellow rugby stars Thom Evans, 34 and Levi Davis, 21.
The trio were delighted to be given a spot on the live shows after impressing judges Simon Cowell, Nicole Scherzinger and Louis Walsh, as well as a celebrity audience including Randy Jackson and Sinitta, with their rendition of Blackstreet's hip hop anthem No Diggity.
