The X Factor: Celebrity’s Hayley Hasselhoff says famous dad David will come to the live shows
DAVID Hasselhoff will be front row at The X Factor: Celebrity to see his daughter Hayley perform - if she gets through to the live shows.
The Hoff, 67, is "excited" to cheer on the wannabe singer as she competes for a record label.
The 27-year-old is up against the likes of Ricki Lake, Megan McKenna and Olivia Olson as the series returns for the second half of auditions tonight.
If Hayley impresses judges Simon Cowell, Nicole Scherzinger and Louis Walsh, she'll be headed straight to London for the live shows
"My dad will 100 per cent be there," Hayley told The Sun Online.
"My dad really is just as excited about this process for me because he knows how much I love it, and he’s also seen me on stage before, and we’ve been on stage together multiple times and on his tours.
"It’s nice for him, I think, to actually see that I’m pursuing another huge passion of mine and a career level I always wanted to go down.
"I just was a bit shaky with it and was really focusing on everything else for a moment, but it’s just a beautiful experience that this is the way I get to come back to it. It’s very exciting."
Actress Hayley got her first job in 1999 when she appeared in her father David's show Baywatch.
She became a plus-size model when she was 14 and is currently signed to Ford Models.
Last week's show saw Love Island stars Eyal Booker, Samira Mighty, Wes Nelson and Zara McDermott perform on stage for the first time as a four-piece band.
The quartet surprised viewers and the judges in LA with their version of Shawn Mendes’ There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back.
Other pleasant surprises included The Chase's Jenny 'The Vixen' Edwards who revealed her incredible singing voice.
Meanwhile Jeremy Edwards received backlash from fans for throwing a hissy fit over the judges not knowing who he was.
The former Hollyoaks actor - who is in a duo with Strictly's Brendan Cole on the show - stormed off backstage in a fury after failing to impress the judges.

Howie Mandell said they were like a miscast musical, Louis Walsh said they didn't have to be great singers, and Simon Cowell told Jeremy he didn't know him so well.
The only compliments came for Brendan and Jeremy began to shuffle him off the stage to rage at Dermot moaning about them "twisting" the knife in.
Jeremy later told The Sun Online it was disappointing to get a negative reaction from Simon and his America's Got Talent judge Howie.
He said: "This was just me, I can’t speak for Brendan on this. Brendan is more used to it than I am.
"They edited down quite a lot of what Howie said and I’m going to be completely honest with you, I don’t think a lot of it was necessary.
"I don’t mind criticism and certain things didn’t work.
"But certain things did and there was a lot of positives there, but A, he talked for ages and B, it was negative, negative, negative."
