OLIVIA Buckland looked unrecognisable as she transformed into a real life Barbie for a Halloween makeover.

The Love Island star, 25, wowed her Instagram followers today when she revealed the incredible fancy dress, created by artist Anna Lingis.

Her take on the iconic doll was seriously impressive, with the artsy styling making her look like a cartoon.

She wrote: "Being Barbie really was the BEST DAY EVER. LIVING for this Halloween look @annalingis created on me for the @barbiestyle 60th anniversary.. #HalloweenBarbie.

"I’m wearing the @smiffysuk Barbie limited edition costume, which recreates Barbie’s first ever outfit!"

One surprised fan commented: "What the hell this is unreal."

Last September Olivia married her husband Alex Bowen, 28.

They sealed the deal with a fairy-tale wedding in Essex, attended by a host of celeb friends, and have seemingly avoided any controversy about their relationship ever since.

The couple recently told The Sun they have no problems living their life in the public eye.

Alex said: "I think we were kind of thrown into all of this, so we don’t know any different."

Olivia added: "We’re so used to being in the public eye that we like having them involved. We’ve had their support for so long now that we’re comfortable showing them every aspect."

When asked if they consider anything off limits, Olivia continued: "We met on Love Island, so it feels normal to us to share everything with everyone.

"We’re quite an open book, and we want people to see the authenticity behind what they’ve been seeing on social media for the past three years. I don’t think we thought three years on from the villa that we would have our own reality show. I don’t think it will ever sink in."
