STRANGER Things fans have spotted Max in new Netflix horror Eli and she's scaring the pants off fans in the trailer.
The upcoming psychological thriller tells the story of a suffering 11-year-old boy and things only seem to get worse - never better - for Eli after his parents seek treatment for his auto-immune condition in a creepy haunted hospital.
Actress Sadie Sink aka Max from Stranger Things stars as Haley, the only other child at the institute, but she's never seen indoors.
She befriends Eli (Charlie Shotwell from Captain Fantastic) and begs him to go outside where he is most at risk of dying from his seemingly allergy-like symptoms.
One fan wrote on Twitter: "Sadie’s a queeeeeeennnn"
Another said: "Sadie sink my queen is playing a girl named Hayley my name can this day get better also this movie looks great "
Netflix explains that "Eli is the story of a young boy plagued with an unknown, debilitating illness that requires him to live completely sealed off from the outside world.
"After exhausting every option, his parents put their trust – and his life – in the hands of a doctor whose experimental, cutting-edge treatments may hold Eli’s last hope."
The synopsis adds: "As Eli undergoes the tremendously intense process that could potentially cure him, he begins to be haunted by experiences that make him question who he can trust and what is lurking inside the house."
And after watching the trailer, one viewer wrote on Twitter: "Been saving too much energy lately by keeping the lights off at night, this should definitely help reverse that."
