A terrified David Walliams screams as he's called on stage to pull a sword out of Alex Magala's mouth on Britain's Got Talent: The Champions tonight.

The sword swallower is known for his death-defying tricks, but is putting his life in the scared judge's hand in order to complete his spectacular stunt.

David, 48, draws the humongous weapon out of the mouth of Alex, 30, while the shocked audience waits in anticipation.

This is for the latest episode of Britain's Got Talent: The Champions on Saturday, where the best acts from around the globe return to the show to compete against each other.

Acts either have to impress the judges enough for them to press the Golden Buzzer and get them into the final, or receive enough of the super-fan votes - all others are eliminated from the competition.

The fifth and final week of semi-finals will see Alex up against comedic dancing duo Twist and Pulse, as well as musical theatre group and Britain's Got Talent 2014 winners Collabro.

There's also comedians Vicki Barbolak from America and Daliso Chaponda from Malawi (though he was last seen on Britain's Got Talent 2017).

Alex is a veteran of the talent show, having been a quarter-finalist on America's Got Talent, a semi-finalist on Ukraine's Got Talent, a finalist on Britain's Got Talent and Italia's Got Talent, and the winner of Russia's Got Talent.

Last week saw father-son Greek dancing duo Stavros Flatley win Simon Cowell's Golden Buzzer vote.

Dad Demetrios and son Michalakis (Lagi) jumped around the stage in excitement when the button was pressed.

Demetrios pointed at Simon and said: "Whenever you need us, forever, we'll be there. If I have to come on this stage on a mobility scooter, I will come."

Meanwhile America's Got Talent comedian Preacher Lawson beat out this year's Britain's Got Talent winner Colin Thackery in the public vote after a set that got him compared to Eddie Murphy by David Walliams.

Preacher shouted to the crowd: "I don't know what to say man, I love you!"
