He is now trying his luck by appearing on Dragons' Den, and hoping to catch the eye of the famous investors.

Patrick McKeown is the Director of Education and Training at Buteyko Clinic International and the designer of MyoTape.
He is the CEO of Oxygen Advantage, which he will pitch to the Dragons.

According to his , Patrick's interest in breath training began when he discovered the Buteyko Breathing Method when he was 26-years -old.
This technique helped him with his asthma significantly, and reduced his need for inhalers.

He even went to Moscow to learn from Dr. Konstantin Buteyko, and was accredited to teach the Buteyko Method in 2002.
Over the last two decades Patrick has become an expert in this field and has provided breathwork training and breath-based sports advice to thousands of people.
His success also includes several bestselling books, including Asthma Free, Naturally, Close Your Mouth, The Oxygen Advantage and The Breathing Cure.
Patrick has also contributed to scientific journals, including the Journal of Clinical Medicine.

What is Oxygen Advantage?
Patrick's company Oxygen Advantage is a series of workshops used by elite athletes, special forces and corporate professionals to improve performance.
The workshop provides specific breathing tools geared towards enhancing performance in various fields.
Speaking to about breathing techniques Patrick said: “Deep, full breaths can lead to hyperventilation, tightening the capillaries in your lungs, reducing blood flow to the brain and even triggering a fight or flight reflex, disrupting your concentration.”
He explained how instead breathing lightly through the nose helps to reduce his stress levels, he said: “Taking a soft inhalation and allowing a relaxed slow exhalation brings down your heart rate and helps to concentrate and to relax.”
When will Patrick McKeown be on Dragons' Den?
Patrick will try is luck on Dragons' Den on February 1, 2024, with the show airing from 8pm on BBC One.
Viewers will watch him pitch his company to the famous Dragons - Deborah Meaden, Peter Jones, Touker Suleyman, Sara Davies, and Steven Bartlett.
Speaking again to the Mirror, he revealed that he felt “calm and ready” when he stepped into the room to pitch, “despite not knowing" where the following conversation was about to take him.
He will be joined by a whole host of other business owners and inventors, including Charlene and Simon of Sooper Books.
