What time do the Love Islanders wake up?
EVERY year Love Island fills our summer with saucy antics and high drama.
But there are some things that happen in the villa, that even super fans don't know about.
What time do the Islanders wake up on Love Island?
The Islanders don't have a set time that they wake up, but they are woken up each morning by producers, when they turn the lights on.
The Sun asked ITV what time they all went to bed and got up in the morning, and they told us that it "varies depending upon what has happened the night before".
This means if there has been a dumping from the villa the night before they may be allowed more of a lie in.
However, 2016 Islander Kady McDermott told in 2017 that they DO have a set time they have to get up, she said: “The days were very long, and the producers never let us sleep in past 9.30am [because] that wasn’t entertaining.
"They used to wake us up through speakers."
The Islanders are not aware of time at all as they do not have clocks in the villa.
What time do Love Islanders go to bed?
From watching Love Island we can see that all the Islanders go to bed at the same time.
They are encouraged to go to sleep when the lights go off throughout the villa.
However, this is also usually the time when the saucy bedroom antics get underway.

What other Love Island secrets are there?
Alcohol is rationed
The cast are allowed around two drinks each per night to monitor their consumption.
The show encourages the Islanders to drink responsibly to avoid them doing anything they may regret.
Kady also said: "At night time we weren’t allowed a lot of alcohol.
“During the first four or five days when we didn’t know each other we had alcohol to break the ice, but then after that it was two glasses of wine a night. And we were sure it was watered down as well!”
Liana Isadora Van-Riel, who appeared on series two in 2016, told The Sun: ‘You’re allowed one or two drinks a night, either wine or beer, no spirits.’
Time off
According to Love Island 2017 star Kem Cetinay, the reason Love Island doesn’t air a new episode on a Saturday (instead it shows Unseen Bits) is so that the cast can "get a day off" and head to the beach.
Speaking on This Morning, he revealed that producers take the cast out of the compound to the beach for a few hours.
He said: "They get one day off a week.
"What happens is it gives them a day to clean the villa and you take your mics off and normally we go to the beach and we just chill out.
"Not a lot of people know this. What happens is when you take your mics off, you’re not allowed to talk about anything to do with the show.
Meal times
The Islanders make their own breakfast every morning - but lunch and dinner are a different matter.
A catering station is set up in the grounds of the villa with chefs on hand to make food - usually consisting of salads and barbecued meats - for the contestants, as well as all the production team.
In the Love Island villa, the outdoor kitchen is constantly restocked with snacks and drinks, ensuring the Islanders are never hungry or thirsty - and they can request what they want.
No talk of home
The Islanders are in a villa 24/7 so surely won't be gossiping the whole time about who likes who, and who said what to who.
The time they spend talking about their families or outside lives is never shown on TV.
Instead they are encouraged to talk about life in the villa, rather than what is going on at home.
They get pampered
As Superdrug sponsors the show, those lucky Islanders get free products to use.
They're sent things like hair and face masks and they also get their nails done.
The boys also get their hair cut twice during their time in the villa.
