Sacked Emmerdale star reveals first pic and baby’s name after girlfriend gives birth

AN Emmerdale star has shared the first photo of his new baby and revealed his name after his girlfriend gave birth.
The actor, 30, starred on Emmerdale from September 2018 until October 2019.
But Asan N'Jie was axed from the soap after threatening to stab Hollyoaks' Jamie Lomas at the 2019 TV Choice Awards.
Now he's become a dad for the first time and shared the news on social media.
The proud new parent posted a series of snaps of him and girlfriend Kirsty cuddling up to their baby boy, who they've named Leo-Mekailu.
Fans rushed to congratulate Asan, with one writing: "Huge congrats to you both!"

And Emmerdale star Amy Walsh wrote: "Awww such gorgeous news babe."
last month with a post on Instagram, which he captioned: "Can’t wait to meet Liccle baby boy."
The former soap star played Ellis Chapman in Emmerdale until he was sacked after being caught on camera at the 2019 awards bash caught on camera saying to Jamie: “Do you think you are a f***ing big man? I’m going to f***ing kill you."
He reportedly could then be heard whispering: “I’m going to f***ing knife you.”

Asan's contract was immediately terminated and the role was recast.
The scuffle backstage reportedly began when Asan was said to have hurled a “completely unprovoked” slur at Jamie.
At the time he said: “My behaviour at the TV Choice Awards was completely unacceptable and very much out of character.
"I sincerely apologise to everybody who has been affected, especially Jamie Lomas, the whole Emmerdale team, our audience, ITV, my family, and the organisers of the TV Choice Awards."
