The Apprentice’s Keir Shave confirms relationship status after show romance with fellow candidate Amber-Rose was exposed

THE Apprentice candidate Keir Shave has opened up on his relationship status for the first time since it emerged he'd enjoyed a secret romance with fellow contestant Amber-Rose Badrudin.
The hunky 27-year-old was accused by TV bosses of breaking the show’s strict “no touching” rule with Amber after Keir was found half-naked in a hotel room with Amber during filming.
The Sun on Sunday first reported last month that Amber-Rose had been spotted with Keir through a window by a member of the crew in Cappadocia.
Keir and Amber's dalliance took place in Turkey when The Apprentice cast were treated to a task overseas in scenes broadcast last week.
It is understood, Amber-Rose, 24, also wrote entrepreneur Keir, from Leeds, a love letter ahead of him being axed during tonight's show.
However, it appears though it was not meant to be as The Sun can exclusively reveal that Keir is single despite their connection.
The romance has officially fizzled out with the star now already looking for his next dating adventure.
Speaking to The Sun, Keir confirmed his relationship status as he defiantly declared: "I am single."
Clearly focused on his next romance, Keir confessed he was desperate to be signed up as a contestant for Love Island on ITV2 later this year.
He told us: "I would go on Love Island - 100%.
"If anyone from Love Island reads this - get me on!
"The Apprentice was the first thing I've ever applied for on TV so before I hadn't really considered Love Island.
"Of course, I am concentrating on the business but yeah, don't get me wrong, if Love Island calls then I am in."
Despite it being clear that long-term romance failed to blossom, Keir confessed that all of this year's candidates had kept in touch having formed a "unique bond".
Keir said: "Yeah, we've done lots together. We've got group chats, we've done a couple of social events and so on.
"So yeah, I think we've all got a really unique bond that no one will really understand because we're the people that have gone through such a strange and unique experience that not many have.
"So I think that that brings us together definitely."
Keir, who runs the telemarketing company , was fired by Lord Sugar following another shock firing of fellow candidate Frederick Afrifa just moments before.
Frederick didn't even make it to the deliberation stage as Lord Sugar opted to hold him responsible for the failure of the task and fire him on the spot.
Despite Frederick having already chosen who he would bring back to the boardroom with him, Lord Sugar was already furious and decided it could not go on.
Addressing the group, he said on tonight's show: “It seems like a completely disjointed organisation you were running there, completely disjointed. I don't like wasting my time.
"I think the dynamics of the team is terrible at the moment, listening to everybody, I think that you missed an opportunity.”
He then fired Frederick who confessed that his sudden axing came as a surprise to him.
Frederick told The Sun: "It was a surprise. It was a big shock. He asked me who I was going to put back.
"I said and then there was a little bit of back and forth there. And then before I knew it I was in a taxi on my way home and I thought what's going on here?
"I haven't seen it done before. I've watched The Apprentice all the time. I think it's made a bit of history there."

Since The Apprentice launched in 2005, Lord Alan Sugar has crowned several winners.
In 2011, the prize changed from a job working under Lord Sugar to a £250,000 investment partnership.
While some past winners work with Lord Sugar to this day, other collaborations have long ended.
Here is a look at some of the winners who have quit working with the business giant.
