Gogglebox’s Amy Tapper shows off incredible 5st weight loss in amazing before and after pics

GOOGLEBOX star Amy Tapper showed off her impressive weight loss after two years of exercise and healthy eating.

The fan-favourite, who joined the Channel 4 show in 2013, shared the major milestone in her wellness journey with her delighted fans

Posting to Instagram, Amy, 24, wrote: "Officially five stone down and I couldn't be happier.

"Never thought I'd be able to reach this milestone so think I can say I'm proud of myself."

Amy then tagged her personal trainer, Natasha Ram, adding: "Thank you for being by my side throughout it all."

Sharing their excited reaction, Amy can be seen looking down apprehensively at the scales while Natasha looked on proudly with her fingers crossed.

After clocking the number, the two women embraced with a big hug and a dance to celebrate the news.

Amy's fans were thrilled with her update and rushed to share their delight.

One user replied: "Wow what an achievement! Well done!" Another person added: "You look great!" While someone else penned: "Amy you were beautiful before and still beautiful but you are doing amazing. Well done xx."

Back in 2022, Amy revealed she had embarked on a wellness journey and slowly losing weight by sharing several glam photos revealing she had lost three stone in six months.

Over the last two years she has continued to work out with her trainer and friend, Natasha, eventually explaining she had shed 33cm from around her waist.

Despite being a firm-fave with viewers, Amy left Gogglebox in 2018 along with her brother Josh, and parents, Nikki and Jonathan Tapper.
The Tappers previously told The Sun they would film two to three nights a week, for four to five hours at a time, and sometimes had to watch the news three times over.

After leaving the award-winning Channel 4 show, Amy enjoyed a stint on Celebs Go Dating and Celebrity Coach Trip.
