The 32-year-old was seen at Birchanger Services on the M11, looking subdued after his bombshell confession as he made a pit stop while driving back to Essex from Manchester over the weekend.

Chloe Brockett, 23, cut an eye-catching figure as she stepped out for a quick shop at Waitrose.

The reality star told the Sun on Sunday he was “ashamed” of himself after losing £40,000 on Blackjack online in one day and eventually attempting suicide.

Earlier in the week Fincham opened up on his "testing time" after being bailed from jail for dog Elvis’ attack on a runner.

But he was freed on bail shortly afterwards, while he appeals the sentence.

The reality star posted a video on his Instagram story this evening in which he mentioned a "testing time".

He told his fans: "I've been training really hard for my fight on March 1 at Harrow Leisure Centre in London, it's been a bit of a testing time recently.
