FURIOUS viewers have slammed the latest episode of Michael McIntyre's Big Show and branded some of his jokes "offensive".
Saturday night's Big Show featured boxer Tony Bellew who nervously handed his phone over to Michael for Send To All.
Tony was joined by wife Rachael who joked the former I'm a Celebrity star is "tight" depite his wealth.
And when Michael got his hands on Tony's phone, he was quick to poke fun at him having money-saving apps for places like Lidl and Toby Carvery.
But not everyone was laughing, with many fans rushing to social media to insist there is nothing wrong with saving money - especially given the crisis.
One wrote: "What? Are the audience actually laughing at someone who likes to spend carefully, and actively looks for bargains? In this economy?"
Another furious viewer revealed they were turning the show off, adding: "Turned it off. Utter BS."
And a third said: "Turned #BigShow off. So grating.
"But it feels a bit sickly to be laughing at people for using loyalty apps (even though celebs can afford not to) when regular people are struggling."
Last month Michael announced a huge change to Big Show ahead of the current series.
Speaking to The Sun's TV Mag, the comic explained: “The big news is that we have a new item called ‘Remember Me’ where a celebrity sits in the royal box and a person from any time in their past appears on stage and asks the question: ‘Remember me?'"
He continued: “It could be anyone from the midwife who birthed them, to a holiday romance, or the driver who brought them to the theatre.
"I play it with Miranda Hart, Alan Carr and Holly Willoughby, with hilarious results."
