LOVE Island beauty Shaughna Phillips sparked concern as she revealed bruising on her face in her latest Instagram posts.
The ITV2 personality, 30, featured in Love Island's sixth season.
Yet the mum of one raised eyebrows as she uploaded a make-up free snap to her Stories, showcasing blemishes under her eyes and asking fans: "How the hell's your Saturday?"
It was a far cry from Shaughna's recent uploads, which have seen her stripping to glam swimwear and lingerie sets to show off her six-stone weight loss.
Yet now, she has captured the facial markings with a snap taken in her car seat before explaining the reason why in a short video.
Shaughna could be seen lying in her bed with her blonde hair swept in to an up-do.
In the text, she wrote: "Just a girl and her tube of arnica.
"So the bruising and swelling under my eyes is insane.
"But expected! I had my first session of polynucleotide plus some much needed Botox.
"I also booked to dissolve my lips in a few weeks time which I am very excited for."
She then lay on her bed and turned her head to show the full extent of the aftermath.
Polynucleotide treatment helps to heal sun-damaged skin and promotes skin renewal.
It can also help target signs of ageing around the eyes.
Previously, Dr Miriam Adebibe told The Sun of the procedure and said: "Polynucleotide treatment is the most exciting addition to under-eye treatments of late.
“These fragments of DNA instruct your own cells to regenerate themselves and are then quickly kicked out of your body.
Love Island All Stars is back on TV for season 2.
Here we take you through the line-up of all the Islanders who are in the villa so far.
Bombshells
Each series brings with it a string of hot single bombshells making their epic entrance into the villa.
Here's who has joined the villa so far:
“The skin feels tighter, looks smoother, and the tissues below it are more plump."
Previously, Shaughna joked how she looked like a "rolled up ham" as she tried on outfits from her 2020 Love Island series.
Yet her slimming has attracted criticism from trolls, and she was forced to deny using weight loss jabs for her transformation.
It was a wake up call from a full body MOT a year after becoming a first time mum that gave Shaughna the motivation she needed to change her lifestyle.
Scan results revealed she had high levels of visceral fat around her organs which could lead to serious health conditions like heart attacks, diabetes and cancer if left unaddressed.
Shaughna previously told she had instead concentrated on "incredible eating" and an "exercise plan" to get her diet on track.
In a lengthy caption which gave more detail on her exact weight loss she wrote: "NO-zempic here guys! Just an incredible eating and exercise plan.
"And it didn’t happen that quickly either. It actually took me over a year to lose 5 and a half Stone. And I did NOT do it alone - I had great help. But not from any kind of weight loss injection or pill.
"Sad that you can’t lose weight naturally now without people saying that btw.
"So I do understand why there are comments saying that and I would never knock anyone for taking them but it’s just not how I’ve chosen to do this."
Popular with some Hollywood stars, Ozempic is actually a treatment for type 2 diabetes.
It increases the levels of incretins – a hormone – which helps your body to produce more insulin when needed and surpresses the amount of glucose produced by the liver.
