A STAR of Four in the Bed has revealed scenes that didn't make it to air - including 'inappropriate behaviour' and an accident.
The hit Channel 4 series sees hoteliers and B&B owners visit each other's establishments and rate them.
During the show they're judged on cleanliness, the room itself, as well as the food served which more often than not produces dramatic on-screen fallouts.
In December James and his partner Neil appeared on Four in a Bed, competing against three other business owners.
While the episode proved to be milder compared to previous ones, James has revealed there was plenty of drama off camera.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun Online, the owner of Uplawmoor Hotel in Glasgow said one contestant was told off for '‘inappropriate behaviour’.
He explained: "Stephen is probably, he's pleasant, he's nice enough, thinks he's funny.
"But maybe just slightly inappropriate with his comments and his jokes. And I don't just mean for the TV, I just mean in general."
James continued: "He kept wearing inappropriate t-shirts that would say inappropriate things that he obviously was asked to take off and sometimes he would just say, no, I'm not.
"And I don't know if it's been blurred or, because you don't really see them on the show, so it's either been blurred or they've asked him to put his zipper on or something like that.
"So there were certain things that was just a wee bit like attention seeking. I mean wearing the leggings, as he called them, leggings."
own Clachan Garden B&B in the highlands and also caused a stir with their no shoes policy while inside on the show.
Meanwhile, James also revealed how his partner Neil hurt his arm during an activity that saw filming halted.
He explained: "When we were at Greenacres, the curlers, I was on my belly more than anything else. Neil did go flying as well, but he hurt his elbow, so they couldn't show that one.
"It wasn't that he needed a hospital or anything like that. They did say, look, can we get you some medical attention, blah, blah, blah. They were absolutely amazing. The crew were so, so supportive with everything.
"It was just because he hurt his elbow. And then we had to stop everything, had to get him up."
Four in a Bed is available to stream now on Channel 4.
