Dancing On Ice star and Olympic hero reveals he’s being lined up for I’m A Celebrity 2025 – but admits he’d ‘hate it’
He also confessed he was 'relieved' to be voted out of Dancing On Ice
A DANCING On Ice star and Olympic hero has revealed he's "considering" signing up for the next series of I'm a Celebrity.
The 62-year-old competed in the current series of Dancing On Ice but became the latest star to leave the competition on Sunday night.

Now has confessed his team are pushing for him to take part in I'm a Celebrity.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun, the Olympic gold medallist said: "My agent has been saying for the last three or four years, ‘why don’t you do I’m a Celebrity?’
"We’ll see. My compromise was to do Dancing On Ice - at the moment. But never say never."
When asked if he thinks he'd cope in the Australian jungle, retired rower Steve - who won gold for Great Britain five times between 1984 and 2000 - said: "Survive? Yes. Enjoy it? No.

"I’m quite a fussy eater so I wouldn’t do well with the limited calories you get. It might be quite good for my figure from that point of view! It’s something I would consider."
Steve also confessed he was "relieved" to have been voted off of Dancing On Ice - because he felt "guilty" when others were leaving before him.
He said: "I was absolutely delighted when the public voted to keep me in after show one and show two.
"But seeing Chelsee [Healey] and Ferne [McCann] being knocked out... the guilt on Sunday nights and Mondays was immense.

"I'd be thinking, 'Yes, the public have kept me in. But they've kept the worst skater in!'"

And it's not just your typical celebrity endorsement as Steve has invested in the Australian company.
He said: "You don't have to put a huge amount of money in, but I bought in straight away to the product and how comfortable Step One products are.
"I invested more money than I needed to because I believe in the brand and what they're doing.
"They are designed more for sport but once you've worn them and realised how comfortable they are you'll wear them everyday."
Steve revealed he gifted the underwear to the Dancing On Ice professionals and his fellow celebrities - and they were a hit.
He said: "It was a bit nerve-wracking because you know these people and all of them just fell in love with the product. The pros were saying they were the most comfortable underwear they'd ever worn."
