GABBY Allen has made an X-rated confession about Casey O’Gorman, as she failed to raise his heart rate the most in All Stars challenge.

The blonde beauty looked less than impressed as the final results were read out after the Islands took part in the steamy challenge.

It sees them all dressed up in revealing looks, as they do their best to raise the heart rates of their co-stars, in the fan favourite challenge.

But Gabby’s love interest Casey was most impressed by Grace Jackson in the sexy challenge, leaving the star feeling deflated.

She could be seen in a clip telling Elma: “I f****** slept with him as well, so embarrassing.”

Gabby was later seen confronting Casey about the challenge, and the fact that his heart rate was raised the most by Grace, despite hers being raised the most by Curtis.

Fans speculated that Gabby was annoyed by the challenge because she’d slept with Casey, as one person wrote: “Gabby said she slept with him, and then she's angry because of the heart rate. It's heart rate challenge, baby not ding dong rate.”

Another person added: “Gabby...... its a game, why be bugged off with Casey. You too are good together.”

A third echoed: “Why is Gabby mad Caseys heart was not raised by her when hers was raised by Curtis.”

 Someone else said: “Oh Gabby it’s a game, you need to calm down.”

It comes as Casey’s best pal Tom Clare revealed the real reason Casey has set his sights on Gabby.

In an exclusive interview with The Sun, Tom, 25, insists Casey wants to find his forever person on All Stars - just like he did with Molly Smith, 30.

"I want everyone to have the love that me and Molly have - and Casey wants that too," said Tom, who won All Stars with his girlfriend last year.

"Casey had mixed feelings towards going back in for a third time, but he's single, and on the outside, he hasn't met anyone that he's wanted to settle down with.

"The first two times he was on the show he came in quite late so didn't really get to show his full potential.

"I think now he's gone in early doors, then he's got a really good chance of meeting someone and kind of growing and having that connection with someone."

Encouraging Casey, 28, to go on Love Island for a third time, Tom says he jokingly told him: "I said, 'go for it, enjoy yourself - and come back with a girlfriend so you'll stop face-timing me every day'."
