LOVE Island winner Josh Oyinsan felt pressured to stay with ex Mimii Ngulube during and after the show - claiming they were never in a relationship to begin with.
Josh, 30, took home the Love Island crown alongside Mimii, 24, but the couple parted ways just two months later.
Now, months on from their split, Josh has opened up about their time together.
This week he appeared as a guest on the podcast 90’s Baby Show where he revealed he felt ‘pressured’ to be in a relationship with Mimii.
The reality star was asked by the host what rocked his mental health the most, he replied: “I feel like potentially the breakup probably.
"I feel like that was tough for whatever reason it happened and I didn't feel like people realised the pressure that was on first being a man in the relationship.

“I can't say it was a relationship because it wasn't in a relationship but to everyone else we were in a relationship, but we were just in a situation.
“Probably feeling the pressure of having to be the symbol of Black love in a country and inadvertently you don't realise, but you're carrying that pressure.
"You kind of feel the weight to represent them and when it doesn't go well, you kind of feel like you've let people down.”
The pair were the first Black couple to win the ITV2 dating show bagging a 50k cash prize.

OG star Mimii and Josh - who entered the villa as a bombshell - proved runaway winners after Love Island released the exact voting stats.
It showed they scooped 41% of the viewer vote, with runners up Ciaran and Nicole finishing up with 35%.
But, it now seems that their historic win put a lot of pressure on the footballer causing him to suffer with mental health.
Fans were less than impressed with Josh’s comments taking to Instagram underneath his most recent post to voice their opinions.
One user said: “How can you say you felt you were forced to do up “black love” when you came in full force for Mimi… make it make sense…”
“Keep Mimi’s name outta ya mouth. That girl is just peacefully minding her business. Focus on your girl. The sympathy pool has dried up for you,” added another.
“All that pretending to like Mimi was insane. Should have stayed true to yourself,” chimed a third.
Back in October at the Pride of Britain Awards, Josh wished his ex nothing but the best, despite not being together anymore.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Josh said: "Mimii is just as busy as I am.
"I'm sure she's doing well whatever she is doing.
"I wish her the best and I hope she continues to thrive."
