So if the 2025 cast don’t impress Lord Sugar in the boardroom, they might easily land a spot in the Love Island villa.
With their love of selfies, social media fans, enviable bodies and passion for fashion, these budding entrepreneurs appear to have it all.
Ahead of the show's January 30 launch on BBC One, we cast a beady eye over some of the hunks-in-trunks and ambitious beauties competing this year for Lord Sugar’s £250,000 investment.
Frederick Adrifa
Former athlete Frederick is the full package. The globe-trotting hopeful - who grew up in Milan, Italy, where he was a national track star - has made a career out of inspiring people.
He was once a delivery driver for Sainsburys but after testing the waters with motivational speaking he decided to quit the groceries.

Frederick, from Milton Keynes, now works with everyone from schools to individuals to bolster people’s confidence and help them overcome their fear of public speaking.
When he’s not boosting people up he’s looking insanely good on the beach in pink trunks or churning out songs about his passion for running including one called “Gotta respect me”.
He’s been pictured posing for his social media everywhere from Ghana to Las Vegas and regularly shares his journey with his 12,000 Instagram followers. He even claims to have featured in Forbes.
He says: “I don’t just want to make money, I want to do so while changing people’s lives for the better.”

Keir Shave
Confident Keir, 27, has already set temperatures soaring with one fellow candidate.
Rumour has it the handsome Leeds entrepreneur turned the eye of Amber-Rose after Lord Sugar’s hopefuls jetted to Turkey for a task.
The pair were reportedly caught by a member of the crew getting close.
Keir was accused by TV bosses of breaking the show’s strict “no touching” rule and the duo were told to keep things professional for the sake of the show.
The businessman set up his own telemarketing agency called Parallel Partnerships Ltd three years ago. He now has 50 staff.
On his website he boasts he’s “the founder of a 7-figure sales business”.
He also admits “I live and breathe sales” and often works weekends.
But there’s still some time for a spot of his favourite Nandos or holidays abroad.
When he’s off work, the Nandos-loving hunk is hanging out with his mates at gigs or going topless in Ibiza.
Liam Snellin
Ripped Liam, 29, loves nothing more than a jacuzzi in Marbella and sporting a cool pair of shades on social media.
It’s no wonder the Essex lad looks fashionable, because he reckons he’s found a gap in the market for comfortable yet fashionable office wear.
Liam set up Comodo Workwear Ltd five years ago and his business has over 7,600 followers on Instagram.
He’s also brushed shoulders with none other than Peter Andre - after appearing as a guest on a segment Pete was presenting for GB News to talk about his company.
Before fame beckoned, he worked for ten years as an electrician.
Ahead of the series Liam says: “I am going to work hard, show my character and personality and earn this investment.”
Aoibheann Walsh
Move over Elle Macpherson!
With her supermodel looks and business know-how, Aoibheann already has an impressive 21,000 Instagram followers.
Her swoon-worthy account is awash with pictures of happy hair and beauty clients.
It also charts her glamorous life and travel to luxury getaways like Bali - and a very fashionable, slinky wardrobe.
The self-starter, from County Donegal, owns a hair and beauty salon which she launched aged 24.
She’s also built up quite the collection of beauty industry awards for her stellar work.
Comparing herself to Lord Sugar she says: “Like him I have achieved my success through hard work and perseverance alone.”
When she’s not working she also loves a spot of yoga.
Amber-Rose Badrudin
Power-house Amber-Rose is fiercely ambitious and already has a large social media following.
She has 48.2million likes on TikTok and over 764,000 Followers.
The Londoner opened her first shop, called Oree Mart in Croydon, when she was just 22.
Its success meant she could expand her business.
When she’s not sharing videos with followers about her journey as a businesswoman, she’s sharing beauty hacks, lifestyle and food tips and hanging about in luxurious spots living the high-life and looking incredible.
Admitting she had no business experience before she said in one post: “Google is simply your best friend. Just because you don’t know something doesn’t mean you can’t learn it.”
She says: “Being a part of this process has been a life-long dream and is a wonderful opportunity to show other young girls with similar beginnings that they can also achieve anything they set their hearts on.”

The virtual assistant company owner made the leap from a career in healthcare to business, after securing an MBA.
But she knows how to bring the glamour to business.
She already boasts 389,500 likes on TikTok with videos charting everything from her hardcore gym workouts to her wedding planning pursuits - yes, she’s getting married in 2026.
Chisola, from Essex, says: “One of the key things I hope to prove to myself is my ability to consistently step outside my comfort zone and thrive in unfamiliar and challenging business situations.
“I want to demonstrate that I can navigate uncertainty with confidence, tackling tasks head-on even when the path forward isn't immediately clear.”
Melica Moshiri
Bikini-loving Melica Moshiri is the ambitious founder of an AI tech recruitment business called Skill Torch Ltd.
When she’s not hard at work she’s posting from across the world - including beaches in Costa Rica, poolside in Las Vegas or by the ocean in Miami Beach.
She has over 10,000 Likes on TikTok.
