The comedy series first aired on Dave before moving to Channel 4 in 2020.

It has become one of Channel 4's most successful shows and will now air two series a year until 2026.

Taskmaster has even been so successful it has landed its very own spin-off.

Junior Taskmaster began airing in November last year and was fronted by Rose Matafeo and Assistant Mike Wozniak.

In order to reach international audiences, the brand new series will stream on the programme's official YouTube channel as well as Taskmaster SuperMax+.

Details on the programme's release date will be unveiled in due course.
