What is fashion brand Nenya?

Nenya is a clothing company that was founded in Huddersfield, Yorkshire by Yana Smaglo.

The fashion designer's life was turned upside down when she was forced to flee her country as a result of the Russian invasion in 2022.

The 32-year-old was working in Kyiv when she was awoken one morning to the sound of bombs.

She packed a small bag of belongings and travelled to England after she was invited to stay with friends in Huddersfield.

After settling into her new home, it was then that she had the idea to launch fashion house Nenya - which means motherland in Ukrainian.

Her aim is to help fellow designers still living in Ukraine by supporting their businesses to help them rebuild their lives.

She now sells luxury knitwear and clothes through her website and has pop-up shops in Leeds and London.

What is Canine Dip and Dive Club?

Canine Dip and Dive Club is the brainchild of Andrew and Jo Brownlie.

The couple made the decision to ditch their busy lives in London and moved to the Suffolk countryside with their beloved pooch Buddy.

In 2017 they decided to set up a pool for local dog owners to take their pups for a dip.

What started as a bit of fun very quickly grew into a business and they now have four pools across the UK.
