In a teaser for the upcoming episodes, Molly is seen struggling with accepting pics taken of her.

In one telling moment, she is shown a picture from 2019 where her use of fillers were at their height.

The now notorious pic, a grab taken from one of her YouTube vlogs, show Molly with notable filler inflating her cheeks and lips.

At the time, experts estimated that the social media influencer spent over £8,000 on regular procedures and paid thousands more to have them reversed.

When she's shown the snap, Molly laughs "No! No" before pushing her phone away.

She later adds: "If filler had been a permanent thing, and I wasn't able to, like, reverse what I'd done. I could have genuinely, completely destroyed my face."

The full discussion is yet to be shown, with the second half of the documentary series set to air on Prime Video in Spring this year.

Speaking on  with Steve Bartlett podcast, Molly said her decision to dissolve her filler came after a screenshot of her "swollen"; face post-procedure trended on Twitter for several weeks.

The star revealed how she begged the boxer not to drink at her sister's wedding, after revealing that problems related to his boozing were behind their painful split in August.
