In a teaser for the upcoming episodes, Molly is seen struggling with accepting pics taken of her.

In one telling moment, she is shown a picture from 2019 where her use of fillers were at their height.

The now notorious pic, a grab taken from one of her YouTube vlogs, show Molly with notable filler inflating her cheeks and lips.

At the time, experts estimated that the social media influencer spent over £8,000 on regular procedures and paid thousands more to have them reversed.

When she's shown the snap, Molly laughs "No! No" before pushing her phone away.

She later adds: "If filler had been a permanent thing, and I wasn't able to, like, reverse what I'd done. I could have genuinely, completely destroyed my face."

The full discussion is yet to be shown, with the second half of the documentary series set to air on Prime Video in Spring this year.

Speaking on  with Steve Bartlett podcast, Molly said her decision to dissolve her filler came after a screenshot of her "swollen" face post-procedure trended on Twitter for several weeks.

The PLT creative director explained she no longer recognised herself in the photo and wanted to do something about it.

She began: "I wouldn’t say I got addicted to it, but by the age of 21, I didn’t look like the same person.

Molly Mae admits she ‘begged and pleaded’ with Tommy Fury not to drink at her sister’s wedding

"I literally looked like a different person. When I look back at pictures now, I’m terrified of myself. I’m like, ‘Who was that girl?’ I don’t know what happened.

"But there was this one pivotal moment where I’d gone and got loads of filler and I posted a YouTube video and I hadn’t let the filler settle and it was really swollen and a screenshot from that video, it trended on Twitter for weeks.

"It was horrendous. It was utterly horrendous. My face was literally like, it was just awful. That was the moment for me as well where I was like, I think things need to change."

The first three episodes of Molly's documentary dropped last week, showing the star dealing with the fallout of her relationship with Tommy Fury while juggling the launch of her Maebe clothing range.

She broke down in tears as she admitted alcohol played a factor in their break-up, saying that Tommy "didn't have a problem, but alcohol caused problems in their life".

The star revealed how she begged the boxer not to drink at her sister's wedding, after revealing that problems related to his boozing were behind their painful split in August.

Molly-Mae can be seen sobbing as she recalled how she pleaded with Tommy not to have any alcohol during Zoe's big day in July.

Opening up about how her memories of that day, she said: “At my sister’s wedding I literally begged him, I pleaded with him to not drink.
