Richard - joined by friend Peter - had a budget of £210,000 and was shown three properties before shutting things down.

Once the trio arrived at the fourth potential home, Richard appeared impressed with the sea view.

But Peter chimed in: "It's got the sea view but it shows that the sea view maybe isn't everything.

"I cant see beyond what I know is downstairs. It's certainly not Richard."

His pal's concern seemed to make Richard's mind up.

When Jasmine asked if they wanted to see the rest of the house, he replied bluntly: "I think I've seen enough...

"I think that this property isn't for me."

Jasmine swiftly wrapped things up and suggested they head back to the car.

It comes after Jasmine's co-presenter Jean Johansson teased a show first for the Channel 4 series.

Speaking to The Sun TV Magazine, Jean revealed: "We are going to different countries.

"We are in Turkey for the first time. That’s great. Completely new and different landscapes, completely different needs from the house hunters.

"Exploring the food and the culture. It is a different looking episode. I think people are going to like that."
