Charlie Dimmock reveals ‘love hate’ relationship with TV career as Masked Singer fans claim she is Bush on ITV show

Charlie reunited with her former co-star as she spoke candidly about her almost three-decade long career

CHARLIE Dimmock has opened up on her 'love hate' relationship with her TV career in a rare interview - as Masked Singer fans are convinced she's signed up for the show.

The horticulturist and presenter first made her television debut all the way back in 1997.

Charlie appeared on popular BBC gardening series Ground Force alongside Alan Titchmarsh and Tommy Walsh.

In the early noughties she even landed her own self-titled garden show, though it was axed after one series.

The 58-year-old is still on screens today, with her BBC One series Garden Rescue.

However, despite paving out a long-lasting career in television, Charlie has admitted she has a 'love hate' relationship with the industry.

Reuniting with her former co-star Alan, 75, explained how Charlie thought her fame would be a 'transitory' period of her life but it turned out to be further than the truth after almost three decades on air.

Charlie replied: "We are gardeners. We are basically down to earth, aren't we? It is what it is and you've got to carry on."

She added: "I do love it but I hate it at the same time."

Alan replied: "Because it gets in the way of life?"

When the cameras aren't rolling, Charlie said she spends her time "just like everybody else" with friends and family.

Meanwhile, The Masked Singer fans have been left convinced she's the star behind Bush on the ITV show.

As the character performed last weekend, viewers flocked to social media to share their guesses.

Who has left The Masked Singer 2025 so far?

Much to the delight of telly fans, The Masked Singer is back in 2025.

Twelve celebrities have been hidden behind intricate costumes, with their identities concealed.

Sadly, not all of this year's whacky and wonderful characters can make it to the end of the show, as there can only be one winner.

Here's who has been unmasked so far:

Pegasus - the mythical horse was revealed to be Prue Leith, with judge Jonathan Ross correctly guessing her identity

Spag Bol - this character was first to be unmasked and was none other than Good Morning Britain host Kate Garraway.

Plus there was one extra unmasking this season, with Giant Joel - a caricature of host Joel Dommett - unveiled as double-double Olympic champion Sir Mo Farah.
