Who is Bear on The Masked Singer 2025?
One masked celebrity hoping to keep their identity concealed this year is Bear.
Thanks to their period clothing and performance, viewers of the show have already made a connection to Shakespeare.
Bear took to the stage to sing You’ve Got To Pick A Pocket Or Two from the musical Oliver! in the second episode of the ITV show.
They were up against participating in the secret singing series include Bush, Toad In The Hole, Pegasus, Pufferfish, and Wolf.

Also starring on the show are judges Jonathan Ross, Davina McCall, Mo Gilligan and Maya Jama, as well as host Joel Dommett.
Ahead of the new season, newbie Maya, who replaced Rita Ora said: ''I’m such a Masked Singer fan, so joining the panel alongside Davina, Jonathan, and Mo – and of course working with Joel – is going to be so much fun!"
"I can’t wait to figure out who’s underneath all those incredible costumes, vibe to their performances, and get front-row seats to the unmaskings.
"I’ve watched the show for a long time, so I’m definitely bringing my A-game to the panel!"

The clues shared so far include:
- Bear has made references to performing in the West End as a ‘cub’
- A horseshoe
- A coffee cup
- Several globes
- A ‘break a leg’ sign
- Bear also said: ''The stage is set, the audience awaits, and I am hungry for the competition.''
During the show, Bear also revealed a riddle.
They said: ''I’m walking the stage and displaying my toil, but I’m also at home amongst flowers and soil.''
Who do the judges think Bear could be?
So far this season, Davina has guessed that the star hiding behind the Bear costume is actor Patrick Stewart.
Elsewhere on the panel, new judge Maya plumped for Gordon Ramsay, Jonathan said Christopher Biggins, and Mo guessed fellow comedian Tom Davis.
Who do The Masked Singer fans think Bear is?
The Masked Singer fans were quick to take to social media to share their speculations after Bear sang for the first time on the show.
Names shared to X include Death In Paradise actor Don Warrington and Ted Lasso's Anthony Head.
Explaining their theory, one fan wrote: ''Catching up on last night's Masked Singer.
"I’m thinking Bear is Don Warrington.. I vaguely remember him being in a coffee commercial in the late 90s.''
Anthony was also a popular choice thanks to his iconic Gold Blend adverts alongside Emmerdale actress Sharon Maughan.
They posted: "Bear is Anthony Head. He was in a coffee commercial and end goal he was in Ted Lasso."

It seems that viewers are not together on this one as Succession's Brian Cox, who is a Shakespearean actor, Jay McGuinness, Sir Ian McKellen, and Brian Conley were also thrown in the mix.

Much to the delight of telly fans, The Masked Singer is back in 2025.
Twelve celebrities have been hidden behind intricate costumes, with their identities concealed.
Sadly, not all of this year's whacky and wonderful characters can make it to the end of the show, as there can only be one winner.
Here's who has been unmasked so far:
Pegasus - the mythical horse was revealed to be Prue Leith, with judge Jonathan Ross correctly guessing her identity
Spag Bol - this character was first to be unmasked and was none other than Good Morning Britain host Kate Garraway.
Plus there was one extra unmasking this season, with Giant Joel - a caricature of host Joel Dommett - unveiled as double-double Olympic champion Sir Mo Farah.
