The most shocking moments of The Traitors so far as series three returns TONIGHT
THE Traitors is back tonight for a third series - and if the past two seasons are anything to go by it will be full of drama.
The BBC series hosted by Claudia Winkleman became a huge hit as soon as it launched in November 2022.
Fans have been obsessed with the participants and the drama that has unfolded between them on both series.
Here are just some of the most memorable moments from the show so far.
Shock Elimination - Series One
The very first episode of The Traitors set the bar for how dramatic and brutal it was going to be.
As the first batch of players lined up outside the Scottish castle, Claudia asked them to line up and rank themselves based on who was most and least likely to win.

Amos and Kieran placed themselves least likely and Claudia promptly axed them from proceedings, leaving everyone stunned.
Couple Revealed - Series One
Viewers of series one knew early on that Alex and Tom were a couple in real life, but their fellow players didn't.
The pair attempted to keep their relationship secret as they feared it would impact their chances of winning.
But when suspicion started to fall on Alex, Tom felt compelled to reveal the truth, standing up and declaring: "Alex isn’t a Traitor… she’s my GIRLFRIEND!”
Parting Gift - Series One
Despite being kicked out at the start of series one after the line up drama, Amos and Kieran later returned, and Kieran was eventually recruited as a reluctant Traitor.
But in one of the final round tables, he realised Wilf was ready to throw him under the bus, so he did what he could to warn the remaining Faithfuls that they still had a Traitor in their midst.
He told them he had a "parting gift" before showing his chalk board with Wilf's name on it, immediately raising their suspicions that all was not as it seemed with the person they thought was their friend.
Sure enough, they ended up catching Wilf at the final vote, meaning he left with nothing and they split the prize pot.
Family Affair - Series Two
Series two also had two players who were secretly connected, but this time it was mother and son.
Viewers were gobsmacked when Diane - who became a series two icon - revealed how suspicions that Paul was her son were inaccurate...because Ross was.
Her delivery created an instant classic moment and viewers had time to enjoy their secret before Diane was murdered.
Caught at Last - Series Two
Series Two saw Paul become the master manipulator among the Traitors.
He managed to win over many of his co-stars for weeks, but was forced to produce crocodile tears when his dungeon plan failed.
He also made the mistake of half-revealing his Traitor status to Jaz during one of their discussions and eventually he met his downfall in spectacular fashion, complete with bow after revealing the truth.
Ultimate Betrayal - Series Two
Series Two saw Traitor Harry become besties with Faithful Mollie.
In the final, Jaz tried for one final time to prove Harry was a Traitor, and Mollie wavered as she wrote down a name, before crossing it out and changing her mind.
The scenes were edge of the seat stuff and when Harry finally confessed to being a Traitor, she ran from the room in tears, utterly betrayed.
