MICHELLE Keegan and Mark Wright’s pals have revealed why they have hidden her pregnancy for so long, and it’s adorable.
On Sunday night, the beloved TV couple announced they were expecting their first child together in a sweet Instagram post.

Showing the couple on a beach, Mark was seen walking towards a glowing Michelle, whose baby bump is on display.
They simply wrote: “2025 is going to be a special one for us… 👶🏻🤍”
While they’ve not said anything else since, friends of the pair have shared that there’s a reason they have been hiding their upcoming arrival.
Speaking to The Sun, they said: “They kept their pregnancy quiet for a long time because they wanted to enjoy every second. Starting a family has been something they have wanted to do for a long time.

“They are both in amazing places in their careers and their family home in Essex is all completed.
“The timing could not have been more perfect.”

Michelle’s pregnancy marks the end of a gamechanging year for the star, as she remains one of the most in-demand actresses on British TV.
Kicking off the year leading the cast of the hugely popular Netflix series Fool Me Once, Michelle has since appeared in the sixth season of Sky’s Brassic, and will be back on our screens again soon after filming a second series of BBC’s Ten Pound Poms.

Mark has also been a consistent voice on Heart Radio, interviewing some of the biggest stars in the world including Kylie Minogue.
He’s also become the face of several M&S campaigns alongside Spencer Matthews, and launched his Live Wright health and fitness plan.
The couple, who have been together since December 2012, celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary in May.
And this time, they’ll have someone else to celebrate with them.
They moved into their multi-million pound Essex home in 2022, completely renovating it in a huge project that they only completed this year.
Family and friends have been aware of the pregnancy since the Autumn, with their announcement photo being taken while they were with loved ones in Majorca.
"It is such a special place to them," pals said. "Michelle and Mark always knew they wanted a family and the time has never been more right.”
