A first look trailer has introduced fans to the 20 new brides and grooms who are hoping to find their perfect match.

One groom likes what he sees on his wedding day

Though it looks unlikely many will result in marital bliss.

There will be plenty of tears and fall outs along the way as show bosses ramp up the drama.

Aspiring actress Carina Mirabile gets the shock of her life when she reveals to a crew member that she already knows her groom.

The trailer ends with the narrator teasing a “world first” and Carina declaring: “I know him… can you believe that?”

Another dramatic moment sees a bride fall to the floor after her groom accidentally drops her on their big day.

While dance instructor Ashleigh Ackerman references past Mafs stars Cam Merchant and Jules Robinson’s love story as her ideal relationship, though it looks like she’s been served up something very different.

Viewers can’t wait for the full thing, with one commenting: “It’s gonna be good!!!!”

Another said: “Bring it on.”

Just when it didn’t look like it could get any better, there the little matter of a show first to add into the mix.

The aptly named ‘Final Test Week’ will see if the strongest remaining couples are set in their relationships or could be tempted to try for something better and more exciting.

Confident it’ll be a hit, Channel Nine said the series “is certain to get Australia talking and falling in love with these new couples.

“With the unpredictable Dinner Parties and emotionally charged Commitment Ceremonies, prepare for laughter, tears and a whole lot of drama, as this season surprises with shock twists and turns.”

While a start date is yet to be confirmed for UK viewers, the show begins down under on January 27.
