This Morning’s Ben Shephard shares rare video working out with 19 year-old son as fans say ‘he’s bigger than you now!’
BEN Shephard has shared a rare video working out with his strapping 19-year-old son as fans were left stunned at his size.
The This Morning host tends to keep his children and wife Annie out of the limelight but posted the sweet video to social media.
Ben, 50, could be seen hitting the gym with his teenage son Sam, 19, as they did pull ups.
The footage showed the dad and son doing the gruelling exercise regime as they attempted to hit their goal of 50.
It's all part of Ben's determination to stay fit and healthy into older life after hitting his milestone birthday.
But for fans at home, they couldn't believe how grown up and big Sam has got, as he towered over his dad in the clip.

A second wrote: "Your son is the double of you!"
"Woohoo! Huge congratulations to both of you for those pull ups...no small feat! And happy 50th! Hope the celebrations were nothing short of amazing," said a third.
While a fourth commented: "Gosh you can see both you and Annie in Sam."
Ben also has another teenage son called Jack with his wife Annie.
The couple got together back in 1995 before getting married nine years later.
Annie and Ben celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary earlier this year.
The Sun recently revealed how Ben had taken a break from the This Morning sofa and Cat Deely to host a brand new ITV show.
He's already filmed the high-octane show, called The Summit, in New Zealand.
Already a hit in Australia, it will see Brits pushed to their limits when they scale one of the world’s highest mountains - each with a share of the £200,000 jackpot stuffed into their backpacks.
