ITV previously confirmed the first episode of the 14th - and last ever - series of the hit drama will air on New Year's Day.

Oscar-nominated actress Brenda Blethyn, 78, will return for two more editions of the National Television Award nominated detective series.
The episodes are called 'Inside' and 'The Dark Wives' as Vera looks into the case surrounding these gripping murder mysteries.
The legendary detective has to deal with the heartfelt narrative of her own personal journey.
